This is truly the most remarkable opportunity for securing a berth in the history of marina investments. Imagine owning a 125m berth with over 25 years left on the lease. The value is outstanding—not just in terms of capital investment but also when you consider the potential rental income. To illustrate, if you were to invest around EUR 1.5–2 million, it breaks down to approximately EUR 55,000-75,000 per year across the lease term—a jaw-droppingly low cost for a berth of this size. For context, similar berths often rent for EUR 2,000–3,000 per day, which translates to over EUR 730,000 per year when fully occupied. The stark contrast between the modest annual ownership cost and the impressive potential rental income showcases just how enticing this investment opportunity truly is. |

RIVA CENTO - THE OPEN YACHT FOR COLLECTORS
HONOURING THE ENDURING LEGACY OF RIVA IN TODAY'S WORLD
'special limited edition'
![]() |
The Riva Cento has emerged as an exclusive limited edition that both honours and revitalises the illustrious legacy of the Sarnico-based boat builder, all while embracing a contemporary aesthetic. With only twelve units crafted, this stunning open yacht is a true collector's item, enhancing the brand’s timeless elegance with innovative stylistic and functional elements. In true Riva fashion, the Cento's striking design is the collaborative work of Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, the visionaries behind Officina Italiana Design. This prestigious studio is responsible for the design of all Riva vessels, a partnership enriched by the insights of the Strategic Product Committee, led by Piero Ferrari, alongside the engineering prowess of the Ferretti Group.
Measuring 11.88 meters (39 feet) in overall length and boasting a maximum beam of 3.50 meters (11 feet 6 inches), the Riva Cento captures a sporty essence with its sleek, harmonious lines. The carefully selected colour palette for the twelve hulls includes ‘fireworks black,’ a sophisticated metallic tone that accentuates the boat’s contours, alongside a refined light grey aluminium finish. Completing the refined aesthetic, the leather cushions feature a ribbed design inspired by classic automotive style from the 1950s and ‘60s, offered in either a biscuit colour or a chic aquamarine and white combination—echoing the palette of the highly acclaimed Riva Anniversario. Among its standout features, the stern area of the yacht is particularly noteworthy. An electro-hydraulic system elegantly opens the stern door, revealing built-in mahogany steps and two chaises longues with detachable cushions, transforming this area into a delightful beach space with inviting sunbeds. With the stern door open, Riva Cento further showcases two dedicated storage compartments, one for fenders on the port side and another for a Seabob on the starboard. Additionally, the retractable gangway, seamlessly integrated into the transom, can be effortlessly opened, enhancing both boarding and disembarking experiences. To elevate the on-board atmosphere, the Riva Cento is equipped with underwater lights, ensuring safe and stylish navigation and mooring in low-light conditions.
The journey ahead presents an inviting large sunpad, complete with integrated cup holders, positioned in the midship area of the boat. This is harmoniously complemented by a spacious cockpit, elegantly adorned with a C-shaped sofa that gracefully envelops a stainless steel table. The table features a sleek lacquered mahogany surface and a clever up-down mechanism, allowing it to be lowered flush with the cushions, effortlessly converting this space into an additional sunpad.
When the sun's rays become too intense, the cockpit can be shielded by a retractable bimini top, skilfully operated by an electro-hydraulic mechanism nestled within the sofa's backrest. The design of this space on board has been meticulously crafted, prioritizing both functionality and storage solutions. The stern area boasts compartments for life jackets and a convenient shoe drawer. Additionally, the two units that delineate the cockpit from the helm station not only support the pilot and co-pilot seats but also feature an area on the port side, dedicated to cocktail preparation. This cleverly includes a drawer refrigerator and, behind a hatch at the rear of the chair, a sink along with a workspace. On the starboard side, an insulated cooler ensures that drinks are served at the ideal temperature.
In the helm station, two pilot chairs grace the port side while a single co-pilot chair dominates the starboard. These seats face a pair of Boening displays—measuring 15 and 24 inches—that reveal all critical data concerning the engines, navigation, cartography, the Seakeeper system, and the sound setup. Steady manoeuvrability is provided by a steering system controlled via a Volvo Penta joystick, complemented by an electric bow thruster for optimal handling. Notably, the port side of the windscreen showcases the iconic searchlight, a timeless feature inherited from the celebrated Riva Cento, reminiscent of the legendary Aquarama and Aquariva models.
On the hull side, the previous decorative grille covering the air intake has been elegantly replaced with a contemporary steel profile that incorporates a polished mahogany insert. This striking element is embellished with the name “Riva” and a series of small stars, evoking the charm of vintage models and reinforcing the deep connection between the shipyard's illustrious past and its promising future.
At the bow of the Riva Cento, a striking central windscreen stands proudly, designed to enhance the influx of natural light into the vessel's interior. Complementing this is a sleek new stainless steel casing that elegantly houses the marine horn, a distinctive feature of this limited edition creation.
Descending to the lower deck, one discovers a spacious and airy environment that epitomizes comfort, perfect for both leisurely cruises and restful nights at anchor. The thoughtfully designed galley, fully appointed to meet culinary needs, is conveniently located near the entrance on the starboard side. Opposite, to port, lies a well-equipped bathroom featuring a separate shower cubicle, maximizing privacy and convenience. A plush, curvilinear sofa in the bow seamlessly mirrors the hull's shape, transforming effortlessly into a double bed with the addition of a panel from the central storage compartment. The newly designed forward skylight and strategically placed side windows allow for an abundance of natural light, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for overnight stays.
Powering the Riva Cento are two robust Volvo Penta D6 440 Aquamatic Duoprop DPI engines, propelling the vessel to an impressive top speed of 40 knots and a cruising speed of 31 knots (preliminary data). Enhanced cruising stability is guaranteed by cutting-edge Volvo Penta software, which dynamically adjusts the sterndrive to optimize trim, thereby reducing fuel consumption while ensuring rapid acceleration, higher top speeds, and an overall elevated level of comfort. Furthermore, the standard-installed Seakeeper NG6 gyroscopic stabilizer delivers enduring stability at anchor, enhancing the cruising experience.
The Riva Cento proudly made its official debut at the illustrious Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, marking a significant milestone in the world of luxury boating.

In contrast, the Classic Mood evolves from the foundation of the Perfect Mood, channeling its allure into a more simplified yet balanced aesthetic. This space showcases natural elements such as oak, and features wallpaper designs that favour linear patterns, along with smooth, inviting surfaces. Here, attention to detail meets harmonious proportions, resulting in an atmosphere that radiates warmth and contemporary comfort, all while upholding the brand’s signature elegance.

This space, strategically placed at the same level as the wheelhouse, boasts expansive views over a stern terrace that spans a generous 40 square meters. This terrace can be personalized to reflect the owner's preferences and lifestyle, offering a shaded section beneath the sundeck superstructure that protects against the elements while maintaining uninterrupted panoramic views. The bow area, measuring 25 square meters, features a sizeable U-shaped sofa with integrated storage, a sunbathing area transformed by the new deck layout into an elegant space for relaxation and social interaction, as well as the option for a wellness area complete with a whirlpool tub. Spacious terraces adorn the 30-square-meter sundeck, designed specifically for outdoor relaxation, furnished with sun loungers that allow for maximum customization. The main deck is equally attuned to comfort, creating inviting spaces for both relaxation and entertainment. At the stern of the yacht, the lower deck reveals a versatile area capable of housing two water toys, such as a Williams DieselJet 565 and a jet ski, further extended by a swim platform at water's edge. Inside the 40-square-meter main deck salon, the dining area harmonizes refinement with functionality.
Floor-to-ceiling windows invite in natural light, fostering a visual continuity with the exterior. The large side windows in the dining area enhance the sense of space while preserving stunning vistas of the sea. The enchanting contrast between ivory-toned surfaces with flowing linen textures and richer wooden accents creates a captivating interplay of light and shadow, injecting depth and an architectural rhythm that underscores the elegance of the surroundings. Access to the galley is through a pantry area located on the port side of the salon, while the starboard side features a lobby that leads to the sleeping quarters and the owner’s suite, ensuring a seamless distribution between social and private spaces.
The 37-square-meter owner’s suite is designed with striking avant-garde aesthetics, showcasing a central bed, a dressing area at the rear, and two bathrooms connected by an extra-large shower cubicle.
Custom Line Saetta 128’ elegantly offers more than just a master suite; it features four additional cabins on the lower deck—three VIP cabins and one guest cabin—capable of accommodating up to 10 passengers alongside a dedicated crew of 6, including the captain. The yacht's interior design concept is seamlessly inspired by its striking exterior, characterized by sleek, powerful lines that encapsulate notions of speed, dynamism, and energy. This distinctive style is artfully echoed within the interiors, where furnishings exhibit flowing geometries and innovative suspended solutions that harmonize with the yacht's external architecture. From bespoke pieces such as desks, beds, and storage units to the thoughtfully designed sofas and armchairs boasting light, airy bases, every element is meticulously crafted. The wall panelling and ceilings further enhance this ambiance, framing spaces with an elegant and subtle border. The result is a cohesive and visually striking environment, where volumes and surfaces appear to hover, fostering a sense of lightness and a seamless connection to the yacht’s graceful silhouette.
**PROPULSION AND TECHNOLOGY**
The Custom Line Saetta 128’ is a marvel of modern engineering, boasting dual 2,638 hp MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines that propel her to an impressive top speed of 22 knots, with a steady cruising pace at 19 knots. When gliding along at an economical cruising speed of 11 knots, this exceptional yacht achieves an impressive range of up to 1,000 nautical miles, reflecting a commitment to fuel efficiency ideal for long journeys. Her planing hull strikes a remarkable balance between performance and economy, ensuring that each voyage is both dynamic and efficient.
Comfort at sea is paramount; this yacht is adeptly outfitted with trim interceptors and stabilizer fins, with the option for gyroscopic stabilizers available upon request to further mitigate rolling and enhance a smooth experience.
A standout feature of the Saetta 128’ is its capability to be certified under the stringent IMO Tier III regulations. This prestigious certification is achieved through the incorporation of an advanced SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system, which significantly reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by up to 70%. This aligns seamlessly with the Ferretti Group's unwavering dedication to environmental sustainability. The IMO Tier III standards are critical for vessels navigating designated Emission Control Areas (ECA), aimed at enhancing air quality in sensitive coastal regions and ports.
The helm station of the Saetta 128’ is a hub of cutting-edge technology, thoughtfully designed to provide an intuitive and state-of-the-art piloting experience. Additionally, at the owner’s request, this cabin can be transformed into a versatile guest accommodation featuring two bunk beds with direct access from the lower deck hallway.
Powering the Riva 58’ Capri is a standard configuration equipped with two MAN V8-1000 engines, which deliver an impressive 735 kW (1,000 HP) at 2,300 rpm. This configuration allows the vessel to reach a remarkable top speed of 33 knots, with a comfortable cruising pace of 27 knots. For those seeking enhanced performance, an optional upgrade to MAN V8-1200 engines, generating 882 kW (1,200 HP at 2,300 rpm), is available, propelling the boat to an exhilarating top speed of 37 knots and a cruising speed of 31 knots—figures that represent preliminary data.
Further enhancing the technical capabilities of the Riva 58’ Capri, a Seakeeper NG6 gyroscopic stabilizer can be installed, ensuring unparalleled comfort, whether anchored or underway. This feature adeptly minimizes roll, elevating the overall enjoyment of the maritime experience.
Certified under CE Class A Category, the Riva 58’ Capri is expressly designed for open-sea sailing, ensuring robust safety measures and operational efficiency even in challenging aquatic conditions.

Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super emerges as a stunning embodiment of elegance and harmony, seamlessly blending refined pleasure with a profound connection to the sea. This remarkable vessel represents the evolution of the esteemed Riva 110’ Dolcevita, a model that has garnered widespread acclaim in recent years.
Spanning an impressive overall length of 34.38 metres (112ft 10in) and a maximum beam of 7.27 metres (23ft 10in), the Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super captivates with her sleek, sculpted lines and commanding profile, hallmark traits of Riva’s innovative flybridge yacht generation. The design boasts larger spaces, thoughtfully reimagined settings, and unique details, ensuring that every moment spent aboard transforms into an immersive cruising experience where the connection to the water takes center stage.
Stepping aboard the Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super, you are immediately welcomed by one of its standout features: the stern beach club. This inviting waterside lounge spans an impressive 35 square meters and rests right at the water’s edge, providing an ultra-low platform designed for both relaxation and access. A multifunctional boarding ladder ensures seamless and safe transitions for guests, whether coming aboard or re-entering after a refreshing swim.
Continuing the spirit of innovation introduced with the Riva 82’ Diva, the Dolcevita Super features two bulwarks that gracefully swing out, transforming into expansive side terraces. This clever design not only amplifies the deck area to a remarkable total of 59 square meters, including the cockpit, but also envelops guests in an atmosphere of unparalleled freedom.
At the heart of the beach club lies an extra-large sun sofa that cleverly conceals a spacious garage, capable of housing a Williams 565 tender and a Sea-Doo jet ski. Additionally, a secondary compartment behind the sun pad offers natural ventilation and is perfect for securely stowing away two Seabobs.
The cockpit, extending over 24 square meters, is a canvas for the owner’s personal style, transformed into a luxurious waterfront lounge. Here, you’ll find two large modular sofas by RODA For You, an assortment of freestanding furniture, and a well-appointed bar unit complete with a sink, fridge, and an optional ice maker. For those who prefer the helm’s command, a third station can be added upon request, enhancing maneuverability without compromising elegance. Access to the engine room is thoughtfully positioned on the starboard walkway, a design choice that optimizes functionality while ensuring guest privacy remains uncompromised.
The bow area is a haven of tranquility and seclusion. It features a welcoming lounge space with a generously proportioned C-shaped sofa, accompanied by a spacious sunbathing area that cleverly incorporates a hidden storage compartment for fenders. For an elevated touch of luxury, the owner has the option to install a Jacuzzi at the bow, seamlessly designed to slide forward when in use, ensuring that the sunbathing space is never sacrificed.
In summary, the Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super redefines luxury boating, harmonising chic design with exceptional functionality, inviting owners and guests alike to indulge in the ultimate maritime experience.
The main deck invites guests into an expansive and sophisticated main salon, encompassing over 50 m². Its impressive height—surpassing 2 metres throughout and reaching over 2.25 m at the apex—enhances the sense of spaciousness and comfort. The interior showcases high-gloss rosewood, harmoniously paired with elements of black hammered leather and lacquered surfaces that beautifully reflect the natural light streaming in through the generous side windows. The light hues of the carpet and ceilings create an elegant and original contrast, elevating the overall atmosphere.
Situated in the midship section, the living area features three luxurious Poltrona Frau sofas, framed in leather with soft fabric cushions, arranged in a welcoming horseshoe formation around a Poliform coffee table. This thoughtfully designed setting fosters a warm and inviting ambiance. Dominating the central wall, a 75-inch TV, encased in polished steel, seamlessly integrates with the decor, underscoring the equilibrium between contemporary technology and refined design. Alternatively, owners might prefer a traditional layout where the living area is positioned at the entrance, featuring a TV mounted on a cabinet opposite the sofa, with a distinct dining area at the center of the main deck.
On the starboard side, the galley spans approximately nine square metres, skillfully marrying functionality with style in a pristine white palette that radiates understated elegance. The Corian worktop is appointed with state-of-the-art Miele appliances, including a wine cooler, dishwasher, integrated fridge, induction cooktop, and oven, alongside a Samsung double refrigerator. A foldaway table cleverly transforms into a practical work island when necessary. The galley ensures direct access to the crew area on the lower deck, as well as the helm station. A dedicated door effectively isolates the main lounge from service areas, allowing crew members to navigate to the bridge and bow without encroaching on guest spaces.
Opposite the lounge lies the entrance to the sleeping quarters, where an expansive 34-square-metre master suite, embodying classic Riva aesthetics, commands attention in the bow area of the main deck. Upon entering, guests are greeted by two walk-in wardrobes and a meticulously designed vanity desk, upholstered in black hammered leather and paired with a Minotti pouffe. The centerpiece is a double bed, set centrally with a headboard covered in black leather, while the bedside tables echo this theme, creating a striking contrast against the soft-toned wallpaper. The spacious bathroom, adorned in Emperador Light marble or the owner-selected Calacatta marble in the first unit, features a shower equipped with a fitted bench and dual basins, establishing an intimate yet luxurious retreat. Oversized picture windows—larger than those in previous models—provide breathtaking panoramic sea views, while a fitted daybed under the starboard window and chic black hammered leather accents highlight the suite's contemporary elegance.
The lower deck, dedicated exclusively to guest and crew accommodations, showcases a layout that harmoniously balances functionality with an inviting atmosphere. This area boasts four cabins: two symmetrical VIP suites at the stern and two guest cabins at the fore, one featuring versatile separable and pullman beds. Each suite is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, showcasing polished rosewood finishes that align seamlessly with the master cabin’s aesthetic. Complementing the décor are elegant black hammered leather accents and a chic vanity desk paired with a Cassina pouffe.
In an effort to enhance tranquility, the acoustic insulation has been meticulously upgraded. This ensures complete silence while cruising or anchored, with reinforced walls demarcating the guest and crew quarters, alongside specially designed flooring that minimizes vibrations and noise disturbances.
The crew area, spanning 27 square meters, offers direct access to the galley and the Raised Pilot House. It features a comfortable dinette, three cabins accommodating five crew members—a single for the captain and two doubles for the crew—along with three well-appointed bathrooms.
A true sanctuary of comfort, the 60-square-meter flybridge presents a sophisticated living space at the stern, furnished with freestanding pieces from RODA For You. Relaxation zones can be custom configured to reflect the owner’s preferences. Centrally located, the dining area features an impressive American-style bar stretching over four meters, complete with a Corian countertop and refrigerator, along with the option to include an icemaker and grill. A central TV, engineered with a hi-lo mechanism, can conveniently be concealed when not in use.
Across from the bar, a substantial fixed dining table—standard with a painted teak top or available in polished mahogany as per the owner’s choice—sits on a stainless steel base, complemented by a C-shaped sofa upholstered in durable outdoor fabric. The carbon hardtop above boasts elegant asymmetrical lines that elegantly filter light and enhance the sleek profile of the flybridge. Completing this exquisite layout is the second helm station, conveniently linked to the bow area by a side walkway on the port side, ensuring seamless navigation and access throughout.
The Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super effortlessly combines elegance and performance as a planing yacht designed for those who wish to explore shallower waters, thanks to its draught of under seven feet. Powering this magnificent vessel are two formidable 2,638 HP MTU 16V 2000 engine configurations: the standard M96L, which boasts a remarkable top speed of 25.5 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 23 knots, and the advanced M97L variant. The latter not only adheres to IMO III and EPA III emissions standards but also incorporates a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system to significantly lower NOx emissions. This new engine room is meticulously crafted to enhance volume while ensuring exceptional accessibility, accommodating the innovative SCR system seamlessly.
For navigational excellence, the Raised Pilot House (RPH) offers three distinct configurations to suit varying preferences. The standard setup features four Hatteland 15-inch displays, while the premium option elevates the experience with four 27-inch screens. For those seeking the epitome of luxury, the super premium configuration showcases two impressive 49” Boening displays. In both upgraded models, the flybridge helm station screens increase in size from 15 to 24 inches, providing enhanced visibility and control. To ensure stability and comfort while cruising, the yacht is equipped with SLEIPNER electric fins and HYDROTAB interceptors as standard equipment. For an added layer of luxury, there is an option to install two Seakeeper NG18 gyroscopic stabilizers, further elevating the cruising experience.
With the Riva 112’ Dolcevita Super, yachting is redefined, offering an exquisite blend of technology, performance, and sophistication.
