28th September 2017

DEBUT OF THE NEW CRN 74m M/Y CLOUD, Custom Line Navetta 33 AND PERSHING 108

Following 6 world premieres at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival, and the award for Shipyard of the year, Ferretti Group continued to ‘WOW’ visitors with their esteemed fleet of super & mega yachts at the 2017 Monaco Yacht Show.

Presented in partnership with Burgess, the latest of the Ferretti Group fleet was unveiled to an international audience, the NEW 74m CRN, M/Y Cloud 9, undeniably the star of the show.

Accompanying the NEW mega yacht were two equally impressive models, the NEW Custom Line Navetta 33, awarded ‘Best Design’ at Cannes, and the stunning fibreglass maxi coupé Pershing 108.

The Ferretti Group’s press conference was held, on the opening day of the show, during which Alberto Galassi, the Group's CEO, together with the Chief Commercial Officer, Stefano de Vivo, presented their progressing 3 year investment plan in the super and mega yachts’ sector, paying particular attention to the latest news on the magnificent "Super Yacht Yard" in Ancona.

ferretti group monaco inwardsmarineCEO Alberto Galassi stated, "The difference between Ferretti Group and the other shipyards is the way we combine the infinitely large as the always majestic mega yachts and the infinitely small: the big projects, our yachts in fiberglass and light-alloy, that hold the most sought after details and at the same time also the most refined and sharpest style choices. The results are clear: we are getting immense satisfaction in the segment of the yachts over 30 meters thanks to Riva, Pershing, Custom Line and CRN brands. And the future prospects promise even more joy. Thanks to the investments already made, to those planned in the comng years and to an increasingly wide and varied product offering, our growth is constant, above the overall market. Great merit goes to the Super Yacht Yard that already represents the Group's naval excellence in the sector of fully custom, super and mega yachts: flagship vessels of the Italian yachting industry."

Work to renew the shipyard is already underway with €8m having already been invested in the modernisation of facilities and creation of new ground and sea infrastructures, to support the construction of new models and for the development of refits.  At the Ancona Super Yacht Yard, where over the past year the entire Navetta Custom Line fleet have been transported, six workstations will be dedicated to building and refitting super and mega yachts for Pershing, Riva and CRN brands, of which CRN 135 (79m), CRN 137 (62m), CRN 136 (50m) Pershing 140, Riva 50m and Custom Line Navetta 42 are currently under construction.
