| Marina di San Lorenzo is the third Marina of the Group Cozzi Parodi, who also manage the marinas in San Remo and Santo Stefano al Mare.
The new port is located about 100km southwest of Genoa, 85km east of Nice, about 10km west of Imperia and is only 8nm from San Remo.
The port of Marina di San Lorenzo was conceived, designed and built to the highest quality specification and has facilities for 365 berths from 6m to 20m.
There is a boat yard, a fuel station, parking and a swimming pool.
The final plan includes a building on three levels, to accommodate commercial premises on the ground floor and 60 storage facilities on the first and second floors.
A second building is also planned to host the 37 rooms hotel which will directly overlook the private beach and surrounding greenery.
This structure will be complemented by a spa, offering guests the opportunity to relax.
A pedestrian path leads to the heart of San Lorenzo al Mare from the port and a only takes five minutes. |
